PHPBenelux Conference Open Source Partner Program

09 Dec 2009

The PHPBenelux Conference is a community conference. It is done by the community, for the community. Being a community, PHPBenelux tries to support community projects as much as possible. It is for this reason that we today announce the PHPBenelux Conference Open Source Partner Program (OSPP).

The OSPP is meant for PHP-based or PHP-related open source projects to present themselves at the conference. PHPBenelux will provide a booth at the conference exhibition for the selected Open Source projects to present themselves to conference delegates. Of course a booth is nothing with nobody there to talk about the project, so we will also provide one person of the project free access to the conference to be at the booth. Aside from that, the Open Source project can provide a leaflet for inclusion in the conference goodie bag, which is handed out to all delegates and speakers.

Are you involved in an open source project, and able to make it to Antwerp on January 30? Then get in touch with us. Send us a short description of your Open Source project and the reason why your project should get one of the three spots for Open Source projects that we have reserved. We will then pick three projects who will be able to present themselves to conference delegates at the PHPBenelux Conference 2010. Deadline for proposals is on december 24th. Projects will be announced half of January.
